When did you transfer your baby to a toddler bed?

11 months and he started sleeping in it on day 2 day 1 I would find him asleep on the floor but now he sleeps perfectly fine in it he couldn’t even walk yet but he knew how to crawl out of his bed and get back in it.

18months with both my boys. My oldest hated his cot he never slept all night, till we move him into his toddler bed and that’s when we all finally got a decent night sleep. 😊 Youngest son was climbing and escaping out of the cot at 18months so safest option was to turn his cotbed into a toddler bed.

14 months. After he climbed over the side and fell right on his head. That was a trip to the ER. 
His room is also completely baby proofed, with a gate, and he's never been one to get up at night. It worked well for us, but my niece is 2 and a half and still does better in a crib since she wont stay in a toddler bed at night.

Just before my daughter turned 2. She kept climbing out the crib. I actually skipped the toddler bed and went straight to a twin mattress.
