Pedialyte for a 2 month old

My baby has been vomiting a lot lately i took him to the doc she said he had a stomach bug and to give him pedialyte in between feedings. However i feel like hes still vomiting a lot. Should i give him more pedialyte than milk or stick to the in between feedings or give him less formula?

Ps: my docs office is closed at this moment.
