I’m getting a surgical abortion tomorrow... I’m 21 and this is my second abortion, first was a painful medical abortion...

I’m just so scared of the whole process, I will be put to sleep with general anesthesia so I won’t be awake for it. But I just can’t help but worry about how my body will react to the anesthesia and I’m overthinking possibility of infection. I’m an overthinker, I know this is the best choice for me but I can’t help but still worry about how my body is going to react or how I’m going to feel after... since I’m being driven about an hour to the clinic.

I’m just in need of some comfort and maybe hear some experiences about how your experience with the surgical abortion was. I need to ease my body and mind
