Is it bad that I smoke and breastfeeding at the same time? I pump only once a day and smoke one cigarette a day is that still bad? I usually pump between 10am-12pm but I smoke right after I finish pumping though. I always empty myself before I smoke one cigarette. Should I empty my milk again after I smoke?? I went back to smoking about 2 weeks ago cause of stress not from my baby but her grandma mainly. Should I quit again or is it ok for me smoke still??
