Silly question
Hi all!! I have been trying my best to keep up with running, do it a couple times a week 2-10 miles. I have been approved by the dr and I know it is “safe” bc I was running much longer distances prior to pregnancy. But does the baby feel all the bouncing? Like does the baby get nauseous? I know this is a stupid question but it was really on my mind during my run this morning 😂
