Try looking up No Bake Lactation Bites on Pinterest, the Brewers yeast, flax, and oats made my supply go crazy!!

Yes I had a blue moon a couple months after my first was born and had to pump because it made me produce so much lol! Mothers milk tea also helped

In Belgium they give you brown beer in the hospital 🍻 my aunt had her babies there and told me to drink up after I had my little girl haha 😂

NA beer works better. Alcohol can actually hurt your supply (only in excess)! Oatmeal worked for me 🤣🤷🏼‍♀️
