I have no idea what’s going on

I previously posted I was bleeding I believe from acupuncture my period ended 5/18 and yesterday 5/24 I started spotting brown brown and last night I took a pregnancy test but forgot to look at it (I got distracted) and then saw it today and it looked like this

So I went and bought some test and took these two and got faint lines what is going on 😭 ( we want a baby and have been trying for a long time but I’m worried about the bleeding) we were on chlomid last month but when I got my period I figured it didn’t work.
