Abnormal anatomy scan

Has anyone had an abnormal anatomy scan then go back and have things be ok?

At 18 weeks i had several findings on mine and I’m very worried. Baby had clenched fists, swelling in one kidney, and multiple cysts in the brain. His upper lip also looked bigger then the lower lip. But he was also measuring a week small. I’m going back on Monday (21wks) to rescan. I’m really hoping everything is ok. My genetics doctor said the brain cysts usually go away on they’re own but could mean a brain problem with other findings. I’m really nervous and just want my son to have a good life. I’m also terrified of needing to get a late term abortion if his life will not be good due to medical concerns. We’ve done CVS at 12 weeks and genetically there were no findings. So I’m confused as to why the scan was abnormal.
