Help!!!! Brown spotting!!! 4 weeks preg

Hi y’all!

So I’m 2 days shy of 4 weeks

And I just went to the bathroom and had brown discharge

No blood that I could see

But I’m freaking out!

I masturbated today (outside stimulation only) could an orgasm cause this?

Or is it more likely a chemical :(

That’s how my chemical in March started I’m just praying so hard that’s not the case this time. And my pregnancy test lines did get darker even today so I don’t know :(

My last chemical I had almost no line the day I started spotting/bleeding
