So confused

So last month I had a weird period. Started on the 20th of April with spotting and then next day heavy and then 3 days of spotting. A week after my period ended I spotted for three days a week after nothing and then the week before this period was due I spotted for 4 days. And now my period has not shown. I’m 5 days late and pregnancy test are not showing negative. Could I still be pregnant but too early to tell. Last baby I found out at 5 weeks which would be Tuesday if I am. Also last Friday I came down with the flu so I thought for sure I was pregnant. Been sick with both my last pregnancies though one ended in miscarriage.
