Cleaning house w a big dog

I live in a small apartment w my husband we are expecting twins in October!!! we have a German Shepherd (comes w a ton of hair) I literally clean the house everyday, sweep, vacuum and mop. I light candles, spray air freshener I keep up w the house and cleaning. I just feel like I can’t get the dog smell out it goes away for a few hours and comes back?? Any tips or products to use? I can’t take it 😩
