Restarting birth control postpartum

I’m a first time mom ( my DD was born 4/19) , I went to my postpartum appointment on Friday and part of the discussion was about birth control . Ideally I would like to wait a year or two before trying to have my second child but it took 22 months to conceive my daughter after being on the pill for 8 years. I’m worried that getting back on the pill will impact my fertility for the future!

What has been you ladies experiences? My doctor has prescribed me Camila , a mini pill without estrogen because he was concerned that estrogen pills will impact my breastmilk supply.
