I’ve had a change in thought process and I thought I’d share as it may help some of you as well!

I’ve been feeling kinda down and struggling with negative thoughts and self talk since having my 5w old. I’m missing my old life and routine. Basically I’m focusing on what this baby has taken from me rather than what he has given me.

There’s a difference bw depression and sadness. Depression is a chemical imbalance in your brain. Perhaps many of us who are “depressed” are actually just sad due to an incorrect way of thinking.

Let’s do ourselves a favor and be sure we are thinking correctly before we let a doctor misdiagnose us as depressed.
