Endometriosis... 🤷🏼‍♀️

Ladies I’m so worried I have endometriosis! I have 2 beautiful kids and had no problem conceiving them! But we are currently ttc #3 and the last 2 months I have had break through bleeds that have lasted more than a week during my ‘fertile week’ I have been doing opks and it’s so far away from a positive... my periods have always been on time but this cycle it was 4 days late... they are also been quite heavy for a while now... I get random cramps throughout my cycle! I’m so worried that something isnt ok with my body now! I have an appointment at the gynaecology in July so I’ll know for sure then but I am genuinely worried! X
