When is the best day to baby dance and get better chance of getting pregnant?

Literally every day starting a few days after your period through at least day 18 of your cycle. Longer if you have the energy. Ovulation varies. My infertility doctor always said don’t try to control it, just have lots and lots of sex!

Every other day in your fertile window, have you tried using OPK sticks? If i didn’t use them, i would have been off because this app was pretty wrong most of the time for me. When you use an OPK and you log it in, the app will become accurate and let u know when is your most fertile day. Last time for me, i made sure to baby dance on the day before ovulation, the day of and the day after.
