I was reading an interesting article earlier about what would cause the next civil war.. so I wanted to see what y'all believe will start the next civil war?

I doubt one will happen in my country in my lifetime. 
It’s difficult to guess at what will be important issues in the distant future, but I suspect resource scarcity caused by climate change will cause conflicts globally. including within countries borders.

I don’t actually believe we are close at all to this in the US as it stands today... BUT, I do find the growing interest in socialism and socialistic policy to be alarming. I think giving the government that amount of power would be a build in negative tension for sure

The climate crisis or the race/gender wars. But majoring in environmental sciences and wildlife conservationism I’m leaning more towards the climate crisis. When resources become harder to obtain for more and more people while the rich stay well-fed and safe, it will spark extreme anger in people.

I think technology will be the root. One click somewhere and we’re taken off the grid, offline. Think about it and everything that would be effected and how so many people wouldn’t be able to function.
