Watery liquid- should I call

So long story short-

I went into the birth centre on Thursday to be checked as I had a bit if leaking fluid. They tested and it turns out it wasn’t my waters it was just watery discharge and to just keep an eye on it for changes.

That afternoon I had brown discharge (from the exam I imagine) I then had bloody mucus later that evening.

I’ve had period like pains for about 3-4 days now and just been feeling generally groggy and unwell.

This morning I got up and had the same feeling as Thursday but much more to the point i had to run to the bathroom

Coz bits were going on the floor.

I don’t want to call again as they will just tell me the same thing and don’t want to look stupid but my other half wants me to call 😬

Anybody experienced this or can share their advice ??
