Glucose test?

I have my glucose test tmrw morning. FTM so not sure what to expect, any advice from mommas who have done one already?

It tasted completely fine like watered down orange soda. Not sure why everyone thinks it’s so yucky

My doctor is allowing me to eat 28 jelly beans instead of the drink or 2 Snapple’s

My midwife gave me a tip and told me to avoid any sugar/carbs the day of the test until after you take it. She said to eat mainly protein and veggies basically.

Don’t do it! It’s unhealthy and inaccurate! Tell them you want to do a check on you levels daily for a week! More accurate without the risk of false positives

If you’re aloud to eat I just ate two scrabbles eggs. And just drink it as fast as you can!!

It taste like flat orange pop. Drink it cold and fast. I was super nauseous afterwards but it oasssed a couple hours kater

Drink it fast so you won’t taste.
