Tmi-IUD

I got my IUD (paraguard-no hormomes) at the beginning of this month. I also started my period that week before IUD was placed. My periods before having baby were light and not much to them. But since I got the IUD, I have still been bleeding. I have bleeding through super plus tampons every day but not all day. Also have been passing many clots. At first I associated it with being my period since that was the first one since having baby. Should I be concerned or is this normal?
