Induction experience?

I am being induced this Friday after 39 weeks. I've been 80% effaced and 3 cm dilated for two months now.

My doctor said they're going to start with breaking my water and seeing how labor progresses, if there's no significant changes in five hours that they will start pitocin to help.

Anyone had these procedures? How does it feel?

I'm terrified of it hurting significantly more than labor with my first one. I had absolutely no medication then, but I also stayed at home for 17 hours of active labor until my water broke.

I dont want to break down and ask for meds this time, so I'm just wanting to get an idea of the pain or discomfort beforehand
