I was told with FET your hcg is much higher. My first draw at 11dp5dt was 660 and two days later it was 1949! I thought for sure my embryo split but I’m 22 weeks with one boy! I’ve had 15 ultrasounds so I think they are pretty darn sure there has been and is only one in there!! 
HCG cannot predict multiples. I would venture to guess that some people with multiples had lower numbers than me. You won’t know until you know!

Hcg can’t tell you if it’s multiples although it’s hard not to think that lol. My hcg on my Singleton was way higher than my twins and my husband said oh great we are having quadruplets
