Should I bring up to my dr?

So a few weeks back I went to the ER for my heart racing it was at 130bpm. If I lay down a certain way i get bad palpitations n feels like my heart is slowing down. Bit they did an EKG n cake back normal. Did a chest x ray n my heart is perfect size n nothing blocking my arteries. I just don't get what's going on.  I doubt have chest pain when it slows down n I have no heart problems. Is this normal w pregnancy? My heart rate will go down to 55 according to my phone.  It just scares me that ill have bradycardia n go into cardiac arrest lol. (Im a hypochondriac)
I take unisom for nausea would that cause this?

It sounds like your first episode may be anxiety or a mild panic attack. But always always bring up heart related concerns to your doctor. I would make it clear that you are truly worried about what you’re feeling/seeing.

It's normal to have a higher heart rate due to increase of blood flow. You'll get the palpations as well but if you just keep breathing normal and drink cold water, it'll slow down.

Not sure if it's just me but everytime I eat a lot my heart races lol I hate it but I've noticed the trend so I don't worry about it too much otherwise it gets worse lol

Palpitations are very common in pregnancy.

Check your medications side effects. I had bad heart palpitations and my doctor kind of ignored it since many pregnant women get them. Mine were way more severe and she told me they couldn’t do anything but have me wear a monitor.
Well, I was getting them for hours at a time.
Come to find out it was the Nexium I was taking. I also found out that Tums will also cause heart palpitations so I try to limit the Tums (totally can’t survive without them since my heartburn will be gone then appear horribly out of nowhere) but I switched back to Zantac 150 instead of Nexium.

I noticed you’re due in October like me! This may not be a thing at all, but do you lay on your back for long periods of time/sleep on it? I have read that it can cause women to get really dizzy. I believe it causes the uterus to put pressure or something and restricts blood flow (but not positive).

Sounds like anxiety. I thought I had a heart condition too until I finally got diagnosed.
