So i plan on quitting the dollar tree soon. It's been a tough 7 months of being treated extremly poorly by my coworkers and managers. A month or 2 ago we had someone quit for the same reason and i enjoyed them being there. So knowing that they quit and i am soon to quit for the exact reason says a lot about the place i work at. It's to the point where i work my butt off in that store. I do everything on my own from taking care of the store making things look nice, cleaning up, stock shelves, reorganize shelves, help costumers, cashier and so on in one work day myself while coworkers and managers sit atound in the office and talk and do nothing. Im thinking about looking into dollar general, rite aid, or bueches (a store like krogers). I live in a small town and there's not much here.
