My daughter is 2 weeks old and her fingers and stomach are peeling like this.

Totally normal. Their skin is adjusting to not being in amniotic fluid. So they shed like a snake. It freaked me out when it happened to my daughter, her skin was like this for about a week or so.

Yes! Ask your pedi if you can start using some lotions to keep her skin hydrated. Usually there is no issue. You can put lotion on her hands and then cover them with mittens if you don’t want her sticking her hands in her mouth after that

My baby had some dry skin when she was born on her hands and feet. You could put some olive oil on the skin. I use it on my baby and it helps her skin quite a bit.
