Am I insensitive or is she a bad friend

My best friend of 10 years seems overly jealous when I speak of my daughter or current pregnancy. Back story we both have always wanted kids have both been married almost the same amount of time. We initially started ttc together when I fell pregnant with my daughter immediately after telling her I could see how sad she was. Fast forward every time I’d mention my baby or something about my pregnancy she never seemed genuinely happy for me or happy at all which surprised me at first. Now I can’t mention my kids without her becoming agitated. I’ve talked to my husband who wanted to talk with her husband I told him no I don’t think that’s a good idea. He said I should leave her alone because it’s obvious and doesn’t want her around the kids. I know how much she wants kids I don’t understand why she can’t be happy for me no two people are alike but if the tables were turned I’d be filled with joy for her. Starting to think I wasted ten years in a friendship that’s was never there.
