IUI help!

Just had a meeting with our urologist and an

IUI

may be in our future due to MFI.

Just a couple questions.

1. If your in Michigan, how much did it cost? With insurance? Without insurance?

2. If I ovulate on my own, do I still have to take medication?

3. How much time did you take off from work? I’ve watched some videos where they had to go in a week prior to ovulation and they had to get an ultrasound, then come back for the procedure, etc. just trying to see how much time I need to take off for these.

I understand what an IUI is, but not sure the depth of it, any help would be greatly appreciated.
