Csection moms! How long did you wait to go on stroller walks with your little one post surgery?

Wow.... I've had a rough recovery...week 1 and 2 i was still having lots of pain to even think of going walking anywhere outside my home. I did go to the grocery store and felt aweful after and didnt go again. Maybe because i had an infection on the incision.... may have caused my longer lasting pain. It  sucked and hhere now almost 3weeks post csection..   and finally off the strong drugs and just ibrupofen.

I feel perfectly fine and I’m 2 weeks PP today. But I’m still told to take it easy and not bend/lift too much to not tear stitches. But I’m able to walk normally after about a week and a few days

I went around the block the day after I got home from the hospital on day 5. Took it slow and have done it almost daily going further ❤️

I have been wanting to go, but my Dr had said to wait the 40 days🙄
