Chest clip could be a tiny bit higher, it should be armpit level. For forward facing, the harness height should be at or slightly above the child's shoulders. I can't tell where the next lowest slot is on that one, so it may be correct. The harness should be tight enough that you cannot pinch any excess in the straps.
Current recommendations are to leave children rear facing until the hit the maximum rear facing height/weight limits of their car seat.

The chest clip should be at her armpit level and the straps just a bit tighter which you won't have to adjust that much sense its pretty close to what should be and if you feel a bit nervous about her safety you can double check the manual 👍
