Hi Ladies,

We lost our little one our first baby at 11 week November last year. (Miscarriage) we have been trying since then to conceive, then found out I have thyroid issues and also PCOS. I am not on a Femara to try and conceive again. I never had any issues before the loss. Last night I dreamt of giving natural birth to a beautiful little baby girl. I could see her, then pushed a few times and she came out and then after the sac and she looked at me and smiled and as I bent down to kiss her she kissed my nose. My husband was in tears. It felt so real,

Please help me understand what this dream means?
