Does anyone have any sleep tips (other than buy a pregnancy pillow bc I have one). I’ve been unable to get a full nights rest for the past couple of weeks and it’s really starting to add up on me now😫. I wake up all through the night with incredible hip pain and lower back pain from sleeping on my side (the pillow hasn’t been helping anymore). Anyways if you have anything that worked for you I’d love to know! I think I’m gonna see a chiropractor too now.
