First accident tonight all is okay just shaken

Ladies I’m 25 and just had my first accident I’m shaken to the core and feeling ver uneasy with driving. My partner and I were both okay I hit a kangaroo unfortunately it died. How do you get back in the car and drive??!! Help me calm down and move past it..
