You should really invest in buying a milk catcher for when you’re nursing, a lot of milk goes to waste, especially the morning feedings when your milk is fullest. Every time I feed, I catch about an ounce on each breast.

When my milk came in I would double up disposable pads and then use a reusables and I would soak through all of them, my bra and them my shirt every single night it was disgusting. I’m 9w pp now and I just use reusable ones since I don’t really leak anymore. I change them when I wake up in the morning. Hand wash then let hem dry. But shit I went though at least 10 100 pack boxes between 1d pp and 6w, thank goodness the leaking slowed

It depends. I didn’t leak much so I made sure to change them at least every 24 hours but sometimes had to sooner.
