No carb foods?!

Alright yall doctor wants me to cut out carbs from eating! I need help with this and some ideas on what the heck fo est because I loveeeee bread ): so please help !

It sounds like she suspects you have gestational diabetes. That's the first treatment for it. But there's no way of knowing if you have it unless you take the test.

My doctor told me to cut carbs when I was pregnant and I can tell you, DO IT. I became so swollen and had pitting edema all over. My daughter came out 2oz shy from 10lbs. Babies in the womb LOVE carbs and that’s how they get so huge. If you can’t cut it completely then cut it tremendously.
