So it was brought to my attention in our community that the form we fill out for the strong start program which is for children aged 0-3 years offers a preferred gender. A lot of the parents were chatting about it saying how can you choose a preferred gender for a 2 year old. What do you think? Is this too young to ask this question on a school form.

This is a government document. At the local schools they offer a free program called strong start for children 0-3 and this is the enrolment form.
