Do any of yalls little ones have a lip tie I'm pretty sure what this is. I just recently noticed it. I know when she smiles and when I try and brush her teeth she never really opens her mouth all the way showing all her top teeth I couldnt figure out why until I was playing with her and she was laying in my lap laughing and I saw this. Her pediatrician never noticed it and shes even been to the dentist and they didnt notice it or didnt mention it. I've read that it needs to be repaired or she will have a gap between her teeth which I dont want. Any one know anything about this I thought this was something normally seen as a lil baby
