Not eating healthy at all
I’ve always been a fairly healthy eater. I was on weight watchers for years and before that I just tried to eat healthy. I’m 9+2 and for weeks I’ve hardly eaten anything healthy. I try but I just crave carbs and fats. I know I shouldn’t give into it, but by the time I get home from work it’s just so much easier to order pizza than make a healthy dinner.
I’m afraid it’s going to hurt my baby though.
Has anyone else gone through this and everything turned out ok?
