Need advice please

I'm 5 weeks PP from giving birth to my triplets at 23 weeks and losing one at 10 days old, I feel like I want to have another baby already and I'm not sure if its just because my babies are still in the NICU or if its because the one I lost I just feel like something is missing 💔💔
