Newborn grunting / irritable. Help !

My baby is 11 days old and has been acting really irritated and grunty . He seems uncomfortable. im breastfeeding and I’ve been burping him .. I thought maybe he was gassy but he farts a ton so I’m not sure what is wrong ☹️. I read something on reflux but not sure if that’s what it is .. anyone else going thru this ?
