Did whole30 help you feel better during your pregnancy?  Was it worse, sickness wise, so you had to stop?

Answer

Whole30 helped my pregnancy overall, I ended up losing 26 pounds during my first trimester.
I felt sick no matter what I ate, but not stuffing my body full of junk was helpful.
Now that baby is done breastfeeding, we’re doing whole30 again and I think it’s even harder now that I’m not pregnant.
