Im a hairstylist!! And I want to say it doesn't look bad. I understand it's not exactly what you wanted. What don't you like about it? Is it the colours? Or the way they blend?? I'm not sure what your hair looked like going in but balayage and ombre take a long time to do and sometimes what you want is unreasonable from the current colour and condition of your hair. The major difference I see it that you.look like they gave you ombre and not balayage!! They should be able to bring the blonde up a bit more and stagger it... I wish you luck!!

I went back. She said she'd fix it and it's worse. I'm going somewhere else now. I try to avoid confrontation so I did not ask for my money back. I wish I could have, I just couldn't, I was too stressed already.
