Take an hour to rest. Lay on your left side and drink fruit juice. If baby still isn’t moving/kicking than call your doctor. Better to be safe.
But in my first pregnancy (this is my 2nd), I had a similar experience and my belly was hard and I didn’t feel movement all day. I was advised by my doc to go to the hospital to be checked. It turned out to be Braxton Hicks contractions. Baby was perfectly fine and was moving, I just couldn’t feel him because my belly was rock hard. But still good to get checked just in case.

I’m 30+5, this happens to me when I exercise or have sex and sometimes just randomly in the night. If I drink something cold & sweet and lie down my little guy stretches out again and starts moving around. 
How long has it been since you’ve felt movement? If longer than 12hrs I’d call your doc...

This was happening to me last night. I was running around a lot so I think that had something to do with it. I drank a bunch of water and got into bed and rested for about an hour. It let up and I started feeling him move again.
