My son got his 4 month shots this morning and he was fine all day I have him some Tylenol about an hour after for the discomfort. Now that it’s night time he felt warm so I took his temp rectally and it was 101.0 so I gave him some Tylenol and fed him. Is there anything else I can do? Should I check his temp in the middle of the night? He did not have this reaction with his 2 month shots, but his ped said he might have more of a reaction this time 🤷🏻‍♀️. Just want to help my little bubs out since he’s never had a fever before.
