Baby dropped but then moved up!

I’m so confused last appointment my ob said omg he’s so low & ive been having extreme pelvis pain & today they told me he’s moved up I’m barely 1cm . I already knew he moved though I can feel him in my ribs. But he had just “dropped”.. anyone else this happened too? I was walking & doing yoga but now I just want to rest & let him come when he’s ready I’m nervous now.
