I got my BFP four days later 😊

I’m having stabbing pain right where I’ve crossed, I know it’s most likely completely unrelated, but I’m always over-analysing everything and thought I’d ask. Has anyone experienced something like this in the two week wait? It’s not constant, there’s a slight, barely noticeable uneasy feeling that’s constant but the sharp pain comes on very suddenly even when I’m 100% still and doing nothing to aggravate anything. It radiates right down my leg also.
