Is it normal at almost 6 weeks postpartum that a pregnancy test to still be so noticeable??

If you’ve had sex I would retest in a week or two!

Yes- it can take a bit for the pregnancy hormones to settle down after giving birth. With that being said, though, if you have been sexually active without protection its entirely possible to get pregnant again even if your period hasn't come back yet (since ovulation happens prior to your first period after birth).
