PLZ HELP ME‼️

Hey I'm 8weeks and 4 days today and I woke up this morning use the bathroom an seen a lot of blood and a little blood clot (I didn't get a picture) but here's what I'm experiencing now! I have a pad on and that's bloody to no cramps Or blood clots now can somebody tell me what's going on please.

Also I had a miscarriage last year around the same time.
