Dropping lbs after baby?!
When did you mamas start intentionally trying to lose weight after baby? I'm 3 weeks postpartum and am so ready to start losing the extra poundage. 😂 I'm breastfeeding so am scared to do too much this early, don't want my supply to be affected. I've read 1800 calories/day is fine to keep supply up...anyone have experiences/advice to share? When did you start trying after baby?
