So... how’s the sex?

I’m super nervous to have sex again. After my first birth we couldn’t have sex for 7 months due to tearing and my stitches being too tight. I’m now almost 7 weeks postpartum with baby #2. I had significantly less tearing and an amazing birth. 
How’s it going for other April mamas?

We had sex between 4 and 5 weeks pp. could not wait any longer and I felt amazing afterwards. Definitely what we both needed but we were horny bastards before I got pregnant so 🤷🏼‍♀️

We had sex after we got the ok.  6 weeks and a few days pp.  we had to wait until my period was off but once it was off IT WAS ON!!!  I had a c section so I really didn’t think it would be much of a change but it definitely hurt a little at the very beginning but once we worked our way past it SEX WAS AMAZING!  I honestly feel like I enjoy it way more now than I did before we got pregnant.  And this was with a condom.  I’m not sure what changed but I’m not complaining one bit!

Had sex right after we got the ok at the 6 week visit. I was all jumpy and flinched if he made a move I didn’t expect. All nerves. It wasn’t great. Combined with the fact that we used a condom (hate them) bc I just started the pill that day and how I was acting neither one of us enjoyed it. Tried a couple other times. Trying out different moves figuring out which ones hurt and which ones don’t. He’s enjoying himself. Me? Not so much during. He says it doesn’t feel any different but it feels really different for me. Like everything was rearranged lol Idk hoping it just gets better with time.

We had sex at 7 weeks pp. I had a second degree tear and a surgery due to a tear I had inside the hoo-haa. It hurt for a bit then it went away. But everyone is different. Some has had sex earlier.

We did it and it was amazing! I thought it was going to be bad but it was great and it seems like when we have down time that’s what we do and it helps with us a couple.

I had it at 5 weeks just to get the first time over with lol I was so freaking scared (I had an episiotomy and tore) 
It was fine, not painful but I did not get much out of it lol.  We waited to try again until 8 weeks and man oh man sex is way better now lol!

Had sex after I stopped bleeding around 3wk pp. It kinda sucked at first because I had a lubrication issue after giving birth. 6wk into it, it feels great! Back to normal😊 
I must say pregnant sex kinda sucked compared to not pregnant sex. It's not the same feeling.

Husband left me 6mos pregnant with baby #2 in January so yeah... I haven’t gotten any since end of November 😕
