I'm 12w5d and in 11 weeks my morning sickness was gone but this a lot of phlegm in morning making me vomit 🤢

I think it’s normal for it to come in waves until it finally goes away (whenever it chooses to). I’m 12 weeks 4 days and got sick all over again last night. Seemed to come out of nowhere.

Does anyone have this?
