Panic attacks during pregnancy?

I’m 21 weeks pregnant and noticing frequent panic attacks which I don’t normally ever get, I do suffer from anxiety and have had anxiety attacks but not during pregnancy. Is this normal Orr has this happened to anyone else?

Pregnancy hormones are a b*tch. I recommend talking to your OB about it. I've had some while pregnant with my son and it was not fun since I couldn't take my xanax
